1. I drink 2 tablespoons of vinegar (I always have apple vinegar in my kitchen) diluted in a glass of water before I gulp the first booze.
2. I drink a glass of water or non alcoholic drink like oolong tea after every 2 drinks of hard liquor.
3. I dance and move a lot.
4. After the party and when I get home before going to bed, I drink a lot of water --- as much as I can.
5. I give my liver enough time to recuperate by not drinking for a week. (this was the advice from my masseur)
